Of all the channels that are available,, this one's the best I've found. 👍🏼 As far as "squeegee channels" go, I always come back to the Ettore brass. Tried, true and time proven.
Thanks for making these videos Steve. They truly are invaluable for the newbie window cleaner starting out! Always clear and concise instruction with great camera work too. Really appreciate it and I have learnt SO much from your videos. :o)
I get waves in the rubber (ettore and sorbo) unless I pull it taunt. But this creates it's own problems. This video makes it look so easy. Great job by the way with the times listed for each channel type 👍👍
Thanks SteveO you have just explained why I have trouble with the Ettore brass clips. My clips were not round at the bottom. So replaced them with new clips and PROBLEM SOLVED !!!
Awesome stuff! Watched your videos before I started my own window cleaning company! Cheers for all the info. I especially like the pole tutorial videos, that's where I need to get better. 👍
Can I add these clips to the channels found on the home Depot Unger squeegees? Im starting with those until my window cleaning side of my cleaning business takes off
Thanks. I am now changing rubber nearly every day from watching your vids (not rich enough yet for EVERY day lol) Windows coming out much easier and faster now.
My first squeegee was the ettore brass that fish gave me with the regular ettore handle. I got the ledge ez shortly after I joined fish. Now I am using a ettore super channel 18 inch with a Unger handle and have been using that for a year or so. I have a 14 inch exelarator which I love on garage style window - Peep my video on my channel :)
SteveO The Window Cleaner good video SteveO I learn something new every time you do a video, I live in Chicago and you know winter is bad especially the freeze days question for you what squeegee and what rubber do you recommend during winter? Also I need a good pair of gloves
ughhh! Those Unger notched channels are STILL around? I hated those, and not just the unger, but ANY channel or handle that uses "teeth" to secure the center of a Squeegee rubber. A squeegee rubber need to have slack and travel down the middle of a channel, This is important, becasue this is literally where the rubber meets the road, when you change directions as you are squeegeeing a window, its AT this central point that the rubber binds as you shift energy and pressure when turning, you avoid getting little "mistakes" on the glass, at this turn point IF the rubber can give a little, this is impossible if it's anchored. The rubber should be secured at the ENDS of a channel , not the center. Now....back to the rest of the video, I had to comment before continuing.
I love ettore brass clips. You just have to get the rubber perfect. I remember my first time changing my rubber at a Rasing Cannes Chicken 10 minutes before they opened!

Thanks for the videos. They are encouraging and very helpful.
Re; ettore brass clips for an 18" chanel. Is one clip enough?
Watchmen-Nehemiah 4:20 no I would definitely use both
Thanks. I am now changing rubber nearly every day from watching your vids (not rich enough yet for EVERY day lol) Windows coming out much easier and faster now.
Watchmen-Nehemiah 4:20 having a good sharp squeegee rubber is what it’s all about 👍
Ettore brass was the first one I started with and I would always mess it up and get horrible streaks!! What was your first squeegee?

How can the “Click & Scrub Pad for Moerman” be used?
pulex triple crown boab? i use one at fish. its funny to see people with them cuz nobody uses them anymore.
Can you use the ettoire channel with the unger ninja handle ?
the superchannel yes, the slim master brass no
For Wagtail round tooth picks work good. Soap up the tips and shove it in on the top round of the blade, when in tight break off the tooth pick.

Steeevoooo!!!! Ettore brass for me all day everyday!
why do most people use Ettore Brass? what's wrong with Ettore Stainless, or aluminium?
Nothing wrong with stainless or aluminum. Brass has a perfect weight to it in my opinion and it looks shinny lol
Even with soap I barely got the rubber out of my Unger. There is no way the new rubber is going in. I tried everything
What a great video!!!
I wouldnt use the ninja channel with a plastic tbar. if you are just switch out for a super channel or something.
The end has a pinch design making it impossible to fit
😊1😊😊
