I know it’s the firing range but for example I have 10% damage to targets out of cover and strained on my p416 and I hit 40m dps w this and 37m with my eagle, eagle has maxed damage and maxed headshot. P416 is dead steady and I mostly pve so wouldn’t this be better for me?

John Kober EB was nerfed to... buff from 15 sec to 10 in pvp, u can not kill 3 players at 10 sec. look at 1:02 - hi kill 3 people very fast, but hi cut when hi die from EB.
The kneepad stack is so very easily lost that its not worth it. Any movement other than aiming will wipe the buff away. Anything. With the way NPCs spam nades and rush...IDK. It sounds good in the patch notes, but it doesn't work nearly as well in practice.
Explosions don’t stagger players. That’s built into the kneepads. You can melt rushers if you see them coming towards you. It is sorta tough to keep stacks in PvP but PvE it isn’t bad. Pick the right cover at the start of a room and you’ll be fine

Lol soon as I heard eagle I lost interest. The raid may not be hard but getting a team together is impossible. Idk why they don’t just have matchmaking on normal.
I know there are clans who will carry you through the Raid &, as most runners usually already have EB, they'll drop you one if they get it; that's how I got my 1st one

Sawyers is a BS talent. Who can stay in cover that long, when the enemy just flanks you constantly, or pinpoint nade you, pinpoint molotov you, or disregarding fire and hive runs at you.
Nice! How many weeks of farming gear did it take to put this set together? I've farmed Providence targeted loot for hours and hours. Not come anywhere close to getting a collection of items like these (much less the named pieces).

KING DAVID they re worked the talent, but it's bad. Why not having 20% DMG when entering a cover for 10 sec, bonus stop when leaving cover. It make more sense.
The one weapon that replaces the m1a is the exotic liberty pistol. I can accumulate close to 600 damage with that weapon. And if you make a shield with pistol build you will be unstoppable.
Totally argee about the diamond back. Land the shots and boom targets dead. Miss and you'll die. My rifle dz build takes me 2-3 shots to down someone with the diamond right now.
(I haven't got the dlc yet but I just want the EB) I think it's still quite ridiculous that there's still no match making for the raid . I have the skill and the build for the raid I just can't find enough people or good enough people to play with .
sawyers kneepads skill goes right out the window in PvE as you cant sit in the same spot for any length of time. you gotta keep moving even in cover so they dont get a bead on you when you pop your head up.

Run Sharpshooter, and the Nemesis. My Nemesis total damage is 1.7Million and I'm hitting 8mil in the range with a single shot. Who needs my M1A back...
Remember what the developer told us about exotic being a playstyle and not a meta? Well I am gonna share this to the Devs and see what they think. If everyone start swarming towards this build, we will start seeing nerfs and by their logic of nerfing the M1A, they should also nerf this so to even the playing field for every build out there.

I have a really good damage build but .. i don't feel like in doing as much damage as it shows.. im doing 2.1M damage with my nemesis and I cant even 1 shot the NPC's in this game.. that's less then half of my specialist weapon that duse 2.3M damage. and no. i didn't do any glitch to get that much damage, its all natural if I cant even 1 or 2 shot NPC's on challenging.. them I'm defiantly not going to be able to complete capital building on legendary and get the rest of my white tusk suit anytime soon.
the backpack and chest damage talents don't work in PVP, you are taking loads of unnecessary damage with glass canon in PVP (because you taking damage still works) you just don't put out the damage that glass canon says you get, test it for yourself.

oh and to you, you have your friend shoot you 3 times, check the numbers, change the chest to the same but different talent, get him to shoot you again 3 times and give you the numbers

Orssidia ok 1st thing that 170,000 armor is not going to make a difference in you living because npc are op and the buff is lost if you move a inch to the left or right and the npc spam way to much for you to sit in cover so 95% of the time you not benefiting form the buff go to the gun rang and test it you self move a inch and the buff is lost so they are not useable

You'd have to take a careful look at your pre-buff CHC if you're gonna do that. Also that means you won't be able to use Sawyer's, making you extra squishy given the Glass Cannon. You could do Coyote, 3x Providence, 1x Fenris, 1x Grupo -- just stack CHD assuming you're gonna have max/near-max CHC with the mask, though that's gonna depend heavily on your playstyle.
Not sure why people think console players can't aim. Your aim is pretty shit in that montage in the start, especially on the guy near the red car, your accuracy is like 31%... I play with controller and PC and aim better than you. Anyone reading, just try it yourself. Turn sensitivity down significantly (Gamepad aim+look around 10 and 18 with a scope modifier of 02) and aim assist off, play for one week. This isn't Call of Duty. Players don't move inhumanly quickly, and you don't have to snap to several directions in a short period. Bet you'd end up better than most PC players with those seizure-like mouse flicks. It's quite funny to see players in the DZ firing straight over my shoulder only to snap to one foot left of my waist and miss every single shot while I hit them twice with my DB for the kill. I call it "aim-lord disease."

I reccomend using Concussion on the backpack, as even if u dnt get the kill u still receive a 10% dmg boost from hitting someone in the head

My main complaint with it is turning left or right in place disables the buff.
You don't have to be in cover for the buff to work. You just need to stand still and aim and buff is active.

I also dnt enjoy having to rely on a pair of kneepads to get dmg, as other ones have innate dmg and other red attributes.

This build is good for campers. I wouldn’t dare to use it in D2 pvp. With all those stinger hives, fire, debuffs.... nah.
