Alright let me hear your thoughts on this Raul rosas sub in round 1 or 2, Jared connonier by points, and Taylor lapilus by tko or sub
Cannonier by points I like.
If Lapilus gets it I think it’s also by points so not a big fan of taking the finish props there.
Rosas is tricky because he’s live to win by any method. I kinda lean TKO because the payout is better but I could also see a sub or decision.
My guy we have the same picks except for 1 fight I hope that's a good sign

@@138MMA yea I fade fights off multiple years look at gall last week only reason I bet aldo is because he was the champ I think a champion can be gone years and come back to win but not so much for an average fighter
For me.The pass fight is Raul and Ricky.. you know what I'm saying.
I’ll likely pass on that one as well, but mostly because I think the line is a bit too wide for me to feel comfortable. Rosas should be able to secure takedowns but who knows what it looks like late if we get there.
I had a lot on Rayanne to beat Alencar, she was great in RD1 but I felt she dropped off a cliff at the start of each round. I was ripping up my tickets before the scorecards were called. It coulda gone either way, but expected more from her. Hoping it was just the debut rush adrenaline dump (or she gets a RD1 finish) 🤞
She’s performed better before so I assume she will be better, but hard to say.
I feel the same, I'm really attributing it to the debut.

@138MMA I honestly never thought it sounded weird tbh. Never heard it pronounced any other way except online.
Side note. Saying dustin Jacoby is an excellent kickboxer is a bit of an overstatement. He was never great in glory and it was in the middle of his mma career.
Tbh his striking is just ok imo and his distance awareness and strategy are big questions of mine. His last 3 fights he's shown major lapses in judgment even fights he's won I feel like he could have won easier than he did. Idk if it's a factory x thing but he seems to always make fights harder than they need to be. The azamat fight was the biggest blunder imo. He had the height and reach but if you watch the fight he comes out with a super low stance and refused to use his reach advantage or kicks until rnd 3 and the first kick he lands fractures azamats arm and then he proceeds to immediately shoot for a td on a gassed and visibly injured azamat. Honestly I had questions about him before that fight and they seemed to be answered
@NateBrownsMix fight iq may not be his best asset but he does have solid kickboxing. As far as mma kickboxing it’s very legit. He does make poor choices at times but his striking itself is very good. He doesn’t seem to have super heavy power but he’s clean and puts combos together better than most in the weight class.
The azamat fight was an absolute blunder, you’re not wrong there. Showed he could have won but just didn’t…
@138MMA I just hope people don't bet dustin too heavily because at the end of the day reyes is the better nixed martial artist he just doesn't have a great chin
@NateBrownsMix Jacoby isn’t the type of fighter I bet as a favorite. I tend to back him as a dog in fights he’s got a striking edge.

He’s a live dog for sure, but that takedown defense won’t hold up so he’s going to need to weather a rough storm.
Ehh idk bout that man he is a high level bjj black belt but his wrestling is so trash and is gonna put him in compromising positions when Raul takes him down. Super high risk imo.

@@138MMA oof, yea bro, I had a good night overall, but I was on both those a good bit too, mostly with live bets because they were both winning those fights so convincingly. Rough. Judging was truly atrocious all night. Sorry bro, better luck next time!
