I always wondered why the 4th and 5th one sucked...and it's because gore didn't produce them!!! Woowwww I always wondered wtf happened!?

The first 3 movies are definitely more connected and consistent with the original story telling. The drastic story change feels almost disconnected from the franchise as a whole.
