Alopex cutting off Tiger Claw's arm was insane. I am still shocked that Nickelodeon actually allowed that.
My Headcanon: Tiger Claw tried to return home, but he made Alopex wait just in case. When he got home, their parents rejected him. The parents tried to hurt him out of fear, so he killed them. And then he probably didn't tell his sister that.

one thing that I'm surprised about in this episode is that tiger claw didn't like try to get his tail back when he noticed that alopex have his tail on her on 7:07 like he like just noticed it and was like alright what ever keep it i guess

I Wish we got to see more of alopex and tiger claw getting his arm cut off was of the most crazy things this show has gotten away with.
I figured y'all would like this one 😎. I really wished they introduced Alopex earlier in the series. Speaking of which, Minae Noji voices her and she also voiced Tang Shen in this show and played Karai in the first Michael Bay produced live action film.
Really wish Alopex wasn’t a one-off character. She’s so cool and wish she stayed for next episode.

What a good episode. One of the reasons I like the show at this point is how dark it can get sometimes... Tiger claw lost a hand... in a cartoon... it just sets the bar for consequences and stakes higher than most cartoons out there and makes it much more enjoyable when I know that the risk of that happening exists. Also I would LOVE if you read the comic on the channel, I wish that was a thing but sadly you probably won't get many viewers but you bet I'll be watching it. An alternative is watching it on youtube... yes there is a youtube channel that has the comic with voice acting, not the entire thing but a large portion of it, it's actually how I got into the comic in the first place. If you are interested the channel is called Starforce media, they have a playlist where everything is in order (the side stories too) I think their goal is to reach issue 50 where a certain arc ends and they started this like 8 years ago and are still going. Just reading the comic would work for me though, so you can have a consistent experience. You could maybe try it out with the last ronin but don't forget we are supposed to get a movie adaptation but the comic is still worth it.
Alopex is a great character. Too bad this is her only appearance in the whole show. And this episode's ending was so shocking, but so cool.

and the die hard 2003 ninja turtles fans swear that the 2003 ninja turtles show is the only darkest ninja turtles show clearly didn't see this episode or season 3 or season 4 or season 5 bruh
I love this look at Tiger Claw's Backstory! This is one of my favorite episodes in this season.

Great Reaction and episode. Mona Lisa is a mutant salamander in 1987 series and an alien salamander this iteration. The whole Tokka being able to find chompy reminds me a lot of Find My iPhone app. And I suppose Tokka was pretty distracted to hear chompy yelling when she was being shot by the E.P.F.
i'm curious if using the retro mutagen on tiger claw could revive his arm?!

The Episode Iv'e waited a long time for... (Cause Alopex was my favorite character of this entire series even though she only made a one time appearance...)
But you might wanna be prepared for what's gonna happen in the next episode but I don't want to spoil it just yet...
Alopex is quite the beauty fox, man i wish we see her again, also man she severed Tigerclaws arm, and this was a Nick show, man the fact no blood let this pass the censors! But her voice is quite good and lovely too!

i kinda feel like that rahzar and fish face should have been up in this episode just to even the odds every since that episode in season 3 where tiger claw and rahzar fish face bebop rock steady team up with each other to fight leo and raph april it would have been tiger claw vs apolex and mikey vs bebop and leo and raph vs rock steady and april and casey jones vs rahzar and fish face i just want and wish that they would have been teaming up more with each other in season 4 and in season 5
The idw turtles comics are so sick, they're great. I'm pretty behind though, I left off in issue 70 something
14:16 Mikey was overdoing it when he said they’re getting away, tiger claw had his arm sliced off and was in serious pain, not that they should care about what happened to Tiger Claw but I think he overdid it there

the fact that they had alopex in one episode is mess up and the dumbest thing she could have been up in the next episode especially and she could have been up in the 2 episodes in season 5 to and they could have her and karai have an bond with each other and have her be on karai team and she is fine as hell first they didn't do more with the siri malachi character in the whole show and then they did not have an proper ending to pigeon pete and not have that whole thing we don't talk about piegon pete and they didn't have alopex in more episodes in the show she is so cool and a good fighter and could have helped the turtles in season 4 or in season 5
