The CP unit at 4:06 unlocked the golden skin after beating 100 civilians
The combines choice to make the uniform gold was very reasonable, the civilians are impressed and mesmerised by the shiny gold, and therefore will have less time to commit crimes

This game was lifechanging for me, nothing compares. Not the Witcher 3, Not Minecraft, Not any movie, not any TV show. It is the best form of media. Experience it on your own going blind. I think this may be my favorite deadwater video ever. Just a few moments already form my opinion.
