I am so happy that you were able to persist and post all of these videos. There is so many positive things to say about this endeavor. Your kids are the greatest. On the PCT I started to see them looking out for Mom. They are polite and considerate. I am sure these trips are building a foundation of great leadership skills. Just imagine being able to say you've hike close to 5,000 miles at their age. Mom you've been great at keeping up with all this young energy. What a gift this is to your sons. They will remember these days forever. And how great to have a supportive Dad. I'm sure he misses all of you when you are gone, but also very happy when you return. I would love to see how your sons continue to do in the next few years. I feel like I know them and wish the best for them. It is so much fun to see how they are growing. I kept looking at how their hair was getting longer and longer on the trail. It was fun to see the start and finish pics together.

The Field Trip is awesome! I've really enjoyed following along from the comfort of my home while you battled, heat, mosquitos, snow, long hard days. Good job to all of you! You're a great mom and you have great kids!! I think Dad needs to come on the next one!

Surely there’s something there because I just can’t remember a group of kids that young thru hiking this trail and I certainly don’t remember anyone as young as your youngest hiking it so fast. Hoping for a Triple C announcement coming soon!
Agree, they reached 1300 miles in 65 days for a "modest" 20 mile per day average. They did next 1375 miles in 41 days--that averages to ~33.5 miles per day. Absolutely mind boggling!

The dedication, perseverance, and strength it takes to complete such a journey is truly admirable. I hope the memories and experiences you’ve gained will stay with you forever.
