Great and Powerful OC Chem Tutor: Please make a video on why in the hell the scales of Celsius and Kelvin are equal when it comes to coefficient of linear expension....
In the "area" question you calculated the differences of lenght and width separately and multiplied the new lenght and width to get the expanded area, and in the volume question you calculated only the difference in the volume. Which way is correct? It does not give out the same answer unless you multiply the ◇V by 3 for volume (or multiply by 2 for area)
Thank you 🙏 I'm pretty sure these videos of urs helped out many graduated students, and they are still helping us even today although they were recorded years ago. Very appreciated 🙏🤍

When calculating change in area and change in volume we were taught to multiply the Coefficient values by 2 for area and 3 for volume....is this accurate?
Yes, it's gamma(volume) = 3(alpha) and in case of water, the coefficient is always 3alpha because length and breadth of water can even be the room in which it's put. Thus, it's gamma (which is equal to three times alpha)
English isn't my first language but this teacher always explain like its the easiest thing in this entire world. Thank you so much i really appreciate it🤍
sir you are using as alpha into initial length into change in temparature but not adding 1?in our school it is taught as new length[1+alpha into change in temparature]but here you are not adding 1 can i know the reason please
hi do you do graph analysis for FS Physics, am currently getting 78% , i want to get around 85%, i would really use this types of videos for FS Physics
Volume Expansion is Cubical Expansitivity x Original Volume x Change in temperature. To find cubical expansitivity, you multiply 3 by linear expansitivity, which is explained in this video.

This man just saved me 9 hours of continous learning, tysm.
Youve been helping highschoolers for almost 5 years already, keep upppp
great video but new area was still in cm2 not m2. test in 3 hrs you are a life saver
You explain this like my physics teacher but more in-depth. Thank you!
who else is watching this hours before thier exam? hahahaha
There many hour before exam but we choose read a book 1 hour before exam Why?
Me ;-;
So true
Me, i have an online f***** class
@@MUSICADISC143 me too and I'm not even ready😔
Very well really appreciative as a student I am saying that you made it very easy for us to understand it.
I always get so relieved whenever I search for a topic and he happens to have a video of it. :')
i always watch your videos the night before my exams.
😺😺😺
I know, he is so cool!
There very well done aren't they! : )
Same thing I do here
Like normal, you should honesty get the money that my prof is getting because you explain things sooo much better.
At 9:35 it should be cm^2 not m^2 for the new area
Oh my same hahaha i watched it many times wondering why it became m^2
@@jessicasudio172 must be a mistake
glad this comment help, been dying to know why it became m
This man helped me in ochem II last year and now he's helping me with physic I
You are a life saver, my lecturer just made no sense today.
you just simplified my life thank you
I slept when my lecturer was teaching...
Now, I had to be awake until midnight to prepare for the exam.....
Thank you for teaching, may God bless you.
Watching from Papua New Guinea🇵🇬
Am always happy simply because you act as if we are very closer hance boosting my knowledge

Hi, can I ask what's the formula in getting the original volume when dealing with liquids?
Thank you so much now I love physics 💕
Thank you so much for creating such amazing videos in most needed topics, your effort is so greatly appreciated by us students.

thank you so much for this! it really helped me for my finals
Why is there a -1 exponent on the first problem in its coefficient of linear expansion?
it's for 1/C.
my guy is an artist❤
This is so good Because it was interesting any one who can watch it
2:15 hrs for exam this is a great help 👍
@ 21:30 The Coefficient of volume expansion should be multiplied by 3 if im not mistaken
Why?
Excatly

9:50 it's cm² not m²
You made physics interesting
You are a real magic thank you man you've helped me alot
Why is that aswer different when you convert the temperature to Kelvin before starting to calculate
Shouldn't you be using the units intended for the formula?
Ur supposed to change each value into Kelvin then subtract them
Im at the moment watching this while my professor is discussing this topic 😅
My saviour 👌
can i ask ,,why he didn't convert ml to m^3
Nice one ❤️
how did you get the answer at 4:15 ?
sir please make more detail vedieo on thermal expansion
We have a quiz at this moment, and i can't believe I'm just reviewing now

Quick question...is the temperature here is Atmospheric Temperature?
It's the temperature of the object which is typically atmospheric temperature unless you went out of your way to heat/cool the object.
@@joshuatanase3718 thank you...😊
sir I thought you will change the temperature to the standard unit use to solve which is Kelvin
or am I lost
Is this suitable for grade 11th thermodynamics?
In the first question isn't the change in temperature +75 because they said it was increased by 75 hence final temperature would be 95
it says (increased to) not (increased by)
a steel rail of length 20 m are laid at the temperature of 20°c an explanation gap 6mm is left between adjacent rail what resulting expansion gap in millimeter when the temperature of the rails is (a) 35°c (b) -5°c take the Coffeicent linear expansion as 12*10^-6
What if there is no space provided for the expansion and the concrete buckle up,how to calculate the height created by the buckling

sir where can i found reaction on the alcohal phenol and ether
You are amazing! 😭
why did not you take 1/C in example 2 like in example 1???
Can i change degres to kelvins

Y should u add 1
The new length will be the original length +change in length
Hey your final area is wrong. The unit should be in cm²
When he said "heres a new formula to help deal with-" i was like "no way!" Im gonna try do simple shit before the fancy shit
Anyways great vid, helped alot.
😂😂😂 same here I didn't even concentrate on the 2nd method. . it's complicated.

What if you only heat up half the plate too
Great 👍
you helped a lot!
9:28 is cm^2
Who else is watching because didn't understand in class😢😅
Who else is watching cause they didn't understand in class 🤣🤣🤣
Hahah it's me😂
Me
im lost why did you not convert it to meters? T_T
You're a godsend
menh this is my lecturer hahaha .Thanks much
How is the original length 12cm???????? Helpp
From 8cm * 12cm how can I know which one is Area? or w?
Yes and the width is the shorter one
your square meter should suppose to be square centimeter not m^2
I understand lessons here at youtube than in face-to-face classes.
why the hell are you skipping centi and in the end writing simply meter square? where does c cancel?
What if the coefficient of volume expansion is not given?
It wont happen😂xd
Thank you so much
Who knows the app he uses to write all these?
After this I'm going to the next video heat fusion and thermodynamics 😵
thanks 🙏🏼.
thank youu
What is A???????
Nice
When will i multiply the beta by 3?
Volume Expansion is Cubical Expansitivity x Original Volume x Change in temperature.
To find cubical expansitivity, you multiply 3 by linear expansitivity, which is explained in this video.
Thank you
at 21:31 forgot to multiply the coefficient by 3
But it says in the question volume coefficent so I don't think we have to
