If you don't want transfer drama you can delegate the responsibilities to the director of football, if you do this you'll have to frequently update your squad planner
U can click the scoreboard to make that stats dissapear coach. Click the middle of number. Btw under 21 doesnt need to be register in squad u just move them into senior squad and thats it.
Try to have 2 tactics, 1 for when youre playing a team that you should be winning and a tactic your not 100% meant to win. use the mentality and when to gain team morale use team bonding in training
