On average, how long would you guess the average property would take in billable hours? Figure that is is somewhere south of 5 in the 1.5-3 hour range but please holler if you can confirm/refute.

@@LandownerTV 9-1-1 gave us an unofficial address but only for emergency, but the county says that because we live off a private road we cannot have an official address

Unfortunately you cannot establish a new address for raw land with the post office.
