I know this kit is extremely hard to find, what would you consider a fair price in today's market? A guy has one for sale right now but wants $350... I'm contemplating but that's a good chunk of change.
It was always an expensive kit too! I’d say that’s the high end of the range. If you can give him a solid and fair offer- see if he takes it. That’s a lot of money for a kit but this is a very pricey kit. Make sure you want it. I hope to be building this soon, so we’ll see how difficult it is to build. I’m sure the painting will be the most difficult part of it though. I’m still trying to source specific decals for it.

What a beautiful model! I'd probably build it as is. But in real life, I'd convert it into an RV or a tiny home and travel!
Those are great ideas! I love the idea of a highly mobile tiny house! I had not considered that.
