When I was a kid I put together many plastic models (especially planes) but I was never using colours or this spray paint. Could you give me any advice to the panting? What "device" do you use for spray paint and if it is difficult to learn it, mix colours etc. Also how many paint do you need for truck like this and how much these paints cost? Thank you.
Hi Overload, thank you for your comment. Following my answers to the questions. I'm using color on acrylic basic as they are easier to handle as enaml color for exemple, regaring cleaning them. I'm using manly an airbursh pistole for the large surfaces and the smaller details I'm painting with a brush. The airbrush pistole is a Harder and Steenbeck Evolution Silverline Two in One. For me it was not difficult to learn. I use if available the premixed colors of Vallejo, they are sold as Model Air. I've listed all colors used in the describtion of the video in general you don't need more than one of each color. The cost of the color you need to search in your location in the internet, the exact color I used is in the description. I hope I could help you.

Then I found Vallejo thinner 200ml for 10€ and basic set of 16 colours (17ml each) for 45 € Primer is for 8€ 60ml. As a total noob in this colouring field. How much these colours are going to last? I understand that it depends on the model size and amount of paint used etc. But as a guess - lets take this Scania model. How many models I would be able to paint with this colour set and the primer? Thank you again.
@@Izmael1310 Yes, the airbrush color seems to be correct, but you need as well a compressor. You need to check if you want to buy a color set or indiviual color depending if you really need all color to build. The use of color depends how good it covers for example the yellow did cover really bad but there is still color left. The primer lasts at least for around 2-3 models. I didn't write down exactly how much color I used. But if the color covers well one bottel should be enough for two models. The most difficult color is the clear gloss as I don't manage as well to get a proper glossy seal with it.
What's the point in making timelapse videos? If I want to skip parts from the video, I will; but if I want to see some detail, I cannot. I was very interested in the build, but I found the video unwatchable.
Dear Panzergrau Models, thank you very much for your comment. I'm currently cutting the material for the Italeri Scania 143 and I'm going to try an other cutting style with no timelaps. The interest of timelaps video is that the lenght is between 15-30 minutes for trucks and 8-15 minutes for fighter jets. I can also upload 1-3 videos per build with a lenght of 15-20 minutes each. If my translation is correct you are speaking about the wheels which I glued to the model and are not turning. I do this to p'revent damage on the model as I have all models in a individual case, if the wheels are not fixed it would go forward and backward while transporting.

Yes true they are over the average from the pirce point of view, but they contain as well a lot of parts, usually around 200+.
