Sometimes simple is the most elegant approach - and your carrot people fill that role. I’m grateful for this starting point. As a novice, I am awed at your ease with color.
I'm pretty sure I could not do what you have just done Mr Singh but I'll give it a try. For me, the best part of this was just watching the process as you painted and I certainly learned a few things as you are a great teacher and make learning fun. Thank you so much for this video. I truly enjoyed it very much. You have an amazing talent and you are a joy to watch and listen to 💓💓
Thank you so much for your encouraging comment. Yes sometimes just watching the process and not get deep into it brings significant calmness and joy to our inner self
Muito Bom! Acho sua técnica muito expressiva e livre. Também sou ilustrado e venho da publicidade e do hiperrealismo, mas sua técnica transcede o realismo da forma. Parabéns!
I'm just watching your video now ... pretty cool 'carrot' people ... would be nice to know which brushes you use as you go, and which colours you are blending together. thenks!
Very very good Nitin!!! It’s so nice to see you painting, with the security of who knows exactly what are doing: the precise touch of the brushes and above all your media’s knowledge and control. My pleasure to see you again.
I really enjoyed this, I’m going to try this technique… I got lost in your little story about the carrot people and what their life was like in this moment!
Thank you for providing a great demonstration of the carrot system. I think this is brilliant and I will try to let go and not limit my imagination. TY
Great tutorial! Your explanation and approach is motivating to take up and and build confidence in such complex matter as figure drawing. Thank you for sharing.
Mesmerizing! Couldn't stop looking. I do love your style and your artistry. I paint with oil but I love watercolour, unfortunately I have some difficulties because it my lack of practice and "loose hand". However I'm learning a lot with your lessons. Thank you so much!
Beautiful work. I didn't know how it was going to go from the start. You have a unique style and a philosophical approach which made me feel happy and calm today. The work is beautiful. Thank you.
Dear Master! I have seen many of your excellent videos so far, but this video is hillarious and my favorite. I have followed your videos here in RUclips, and also painted together with you or at least I have tried it, hahaha, your approach and style are unic. It is very strange for me that the man without any human art anatomy knowing can draw and paint lovely figures. I think your "random" approach is the best, I love the lady's dress, the colors are extremely nice. Anyway, I think I must paint my own carrot figures :D
Thank you this wonderful comment. I think using carrot as anchor for human figures makes more sense bcoz this looks like a human shape by itself. It’s become even more easy for those learner’s who hasn’t got perfection on sketch yet. I hope by now you would have painted several carrot human :)
Very very interesting, especially from my viewpoint of learning to sketch as a newcomer. I notice the pinch grip on your pencil, is that for lightness of touch? Is there a name.for this.type of sketching?
Wow such an amazing video 😍 I'm 17 and have been practicing watercolor for some years. Your videos make me improve more in a month than I did in years. Thankyou for explaining in such details 😊
These carrot people are definitely having more fun than most of us right now😊 I'll try my best to make some friends for them, with your great inspiration. Mine will be the funny looking cousins I'm sure😂😂
fantastic video, much appreciated, it's really helpful. One question, when you add the orange details on the guy's coat, is it guache you use, or is it watercolour dry on dry? Many thanks.
If we talk about core level of watercoloring fundamentals then this might be wrong, but in today’s world a bit of experiments always brings cheers to the art. What really important is not to lost the transparency of this medium even if an artist making little rules of break, you got me

Wow ! Two beautiful carrots I must say! You are very talented thank you!
I must admit, I avoid drawing and painting figures. Your system has motivated me to revisit the subject and try again. Thank you.

Generally I’m using coldpress paper having slightly grains, those are good for me
Michael jackson & Lady Gaga ?
The trick is detail by suggestion only.

Don’t forget you need excellent drawing skills before you can do this.! Or just eat the carrots!
They are not that hard if I can do it anybody can.
Carrot people are supposed to be simple and without detail. I liked the way you started, but when you started adding detail, I lost interest.
Very true
