    Why is your raw tahini so fluid? If I buy it here it is thick, almost like peanut butter. Should I use less then?

      Hi. Because every brand is different. Also, the top part of the tahini is more liquid than the bottom. It's normal. I wouldn't suggest using less tahini, I would just add a few drops more of water in order to get the desired consistency. The thick thahini sounds wholesome and great. Hopefully I was able to help.
