II also installed one, but in both position 1 and 2 it works alternately, heating for 7 seconds and cooling for 10 seconds, etc... Is this also the case with your device?
dear sir, I have a question. Can you also switch the heater on/off with the switch as seen at 11:19? OR do you also have to use the remote control every time you want to switch it on? greetings from Holland! Geert van Dijk
In teory you can use any switch, even unplug it from the socket, but it might fail sooner, as you are not using the cooldown timer and the heat is not removed from the heating element.
The light point on the ceiling in my bathroom has no ground too. Whitch i don't know why 🙄 While my house is terrible cold and my bathroom even more cold because of the concrete floor and tiles on the wand. My bathroom is small and therfore the shower creates lots of steam. Will i get electrocuted with this heater on the wall ?
It's 2000W and heats exactly as much as any other 2000W heater. But the fan itself is quite weak, so I would go fo another type of unit for a larger room.

Thanks for explaining the purpose of the metal bracket . The explanation in the manual was unclear, but you clarified it!
Welcome!
That is like having an airplane taking off in you room😂

Thank you very much. Going to buy it now :)
Welcome!
Warm air rises, so it should be installed low. Or not?
I know, but they say to install it at 1.8m or higher. Probably that is to prevent electrocution in a humid enviroment.

I don't think so. Maybe the fan is not working right and it's momentarily overheating.
nice video. Any idea how to silence the beep? I could not find how to mute. Thanks
Thank you. Sorry, but I don't know if it can be muted.
How do you shut this this off.....it all works but I can't stop this / shut it off
with the remote
That is weird. Mine shuts off normally. Do the other controls work from the remote?

@@UltimateDIY it is actually called 'trunking'
Ok, thanks! ✌🏼
Devices do not require ground if they are "double insulated", indicated by a symbol that looks like two boxes.
Did not know that! Thank you for the info. Will read about it.

especially if its all plastic and there is nothing to ground it to. That device is NOT double insulated.

@@UltimateDIY you asked what that thing was called that the cable goes in :) it’s called trunking in English :)
Ah, ok, thank you!
i had this one: worthless. for good heating you need to place it as low as possible.
True, the air movement seems to be really weak.
Didnt actually show the installation
True.

You can use it wherever you want. Nothing is stopping you.
