    Finally an honest RUclips who admits to their treatments. I’m in my 50’s and Botox and filler are the only remedies that truly work for wrinkles and fat loss. I do recommend only going to a plastic surgeon no med spas.

      My husband kept talking me out of botox for my 11s. I finally said bugger him and did it and have never looked back. My only regret was I didn't do it earlier. So if its something you want then do it. No one else will even know if you don't tell them.

      I'm sure you look beautiful, lines and all, they're natural and we all have them. But I'm all for treatments if they can help us feel a little better in our own skin. No judgement here :) Crows feet are somewhat easy to treat as well so don't feel discouraged if it's something that interests you! xx

      It definitely helped with my jaw clenching and almost self-corrected the problem. I swear since having my treatments a few years ago my muscles have grown back a little bit but still aren't as strong as they used to be so I no longer grind my teeth. Just be careful in your later 30's because that's when you might notice the jowling, it just sort of appears one day out of the blue lol Of course it all depends on face shape too, you might not have any issues at all! xx

    I have a super high pain tolerance - things like the Halo laser really don’t bother me. I had prp injected under my eyes and when I tell you I literally almost shot out of my chair from the spice level - WOWZA. It looked beautiful and definitely brightened things up, but I don’t think I will continue to do it based on the results vs the discomfort. PRP with micro-needling, however - I will continue forever. It made such a lovely difference. I really credit Dysport and Estriol cream with changing my skin in the most noticeable ways. Love your videos, Erin - so informative, intentional and well-researched! ❤

    Loved the video, Erin! I've been getting Xeomin for about five years, which is another Botox alternative. I've gotten lip filler once and undereye filler once and loved the results for my formerly hollow undereyes. I've had microneedling, IPL, and BBL (no, not that kind lol) it stands for broad band light and is similar to the IPL. I've also had peri oral fractional co2 laser for some pretty deep acne scars around my chin, and it did an amazing job. I would like to eventually do my whole face because it takes care of so many issues and is a pretty deep resurfacing but the recovery is a bit brutal. Oh, and I've had 3 VI peels. For me, the most impactful have been Xeomin, the co2 laser, the VI peel, and the undereye filler 🙂 Edit to say: for reference I'm 39 years old and I started getting these treatments in my mid 30's. Like Erin I look completely natural but refreshed.

      @@ErinNicoleTV I'm always happy to share my experiences with people. Whenever people complement how good I look for my age or how surprised they are by it I always tell them I get Botox (most people don't know Xeomin) and that I've had various laser treatments etc. I don't ever want people to feel bad about themselves if they've had no intervention or to have unrealistic expectations about aging. As far as the BBL I wasn't overly impressed but to be fair I didn't have a lot of hyperpigmentation and the one spot on my forehead which bothered me the most it didn't get rid of. My dermatologist suggested that at some point we spot treat it with a more powerful laser.

Microneedling I have done also two times. The first one was very painfull, The second not so mutch, less than The first one. But The result was as well not so overwhelming as I Expected. My be I had to do some more. Your results are very beautifull. I would not have thought that you are doing so mutch beauty treatments. It looks over all very natural and beautyfull. These treatments can Look mask-like , if they are overdone. I like beauty treatments but they are very expensive and you need someone who can do them well. Many greatings from Germany.

    Hi dear Erin, thanks so much for sharing!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩54 here, not anything in my face yet, i'm a bit afraid of needles and stuff, but i would never judge who does, why would i do that, everybody's own choice. I maybe want to do at some time something about starting smile lines, i thought botox would help, but that is filler? I'm afraid of filler the most i think. And when i cannot see very good anymore because my eyes are too hooded, maybe a surgery. My dear mother in law had this over 15 years ago, or longer ago, not sure, in hospital, and it was a succes, Erin! And i also see people who look surprised the rest of their lifes, in my huble opinion than, its their lives. So, i do not know yet, my eyes are starting to be a bit more hooded, its the start now. Neck, like you said maybe, but, again, afraid of needles and stuff. We have less sun here in The Netherlands but still sun, of course! So i avoid it, always shadow and SPF for me. However, i have hyperpigmentation of course. In the 80's/early 90's nobody knew yet the danger of the sun. Erin it was almost a contest who in the school turned back from holiday in Southern Europe most tan, it is so idiot when i think back, it's long ago. And born in 1970. In the 70's also nobody payed attention to this, well, almost nobody. With the knowledge we have now about the sun, we do! And i never skip my skincare, i only use Chantecaille or Barbara Sturm, because of my sensitive skin and because its good. About this video, i say never never, especially these smile lines that come more and more, i dislike, but i dont know what is safe. Interesting video, full with info, and you're so pure and honest always, thanks for you being you!!!❤

    No, you need at least 2 - 3 session of IPL if there's significant hyperpigmentation. It's because if you're having IPL the 1st time, strenght of laser should be less. I have IPL done on my face twice a year ( after the summer and before spring/summer) for past 10 years. I'm 53 year old and I have flawless complexion and NO wrinkles, no even small wrinkles around my eyes . IPL does destroy the 'bad/ damaged' cells but leaves out healthy ones. It also stimulates collagen within cell ( stimulation within cell from inside). I would recommend to everybody to START with IPL and after 1 -2 years to proceed with Botox or filler.

    Regarding IPL, I have mixed feelings. About 5 years ago, a cosmetologist recommended this procedure to me because I had freckles on my nose. I agreed, even though my freckles never really bothered me. After the first procedure, all the freckles disappeared, and my skin tone indeed became more even. Unfortunately, after this single procedure, I developed bad pigmentation. I live in Miami, and although I don't sunbathe my face and regularly use sunscreen and wear hats, the tan still appears. But now, instead of an even tan on my face, it appears in patches and spots. So now I have to undergo this procedure at least once a year...
    In my personal case, I believe this procedure was unnecessary and caused me more problems than benefits.

      @@alenkabernard5819 and freckles on the nose are so beautiful too! The more I read and hear about IPL, I think I may try BBL Moxi instead or maybe a series of peels. I’m still really happy with my results but it sounds like my condition was much worse than yours so I have a lot of work to do until I can get to more of a maintenance phase. You may have luck with topicals if it’s minimal? Xx

      I would like to say that before using hardware procedures , it is important to clearly understand what problem we want to solve and to research as much information as possible about the particular procedure. It seems to me that dermatologists themselves do not always know all the strengths and weaknesses of a given procedure. And I want to thank you once again for sharing your experience; it is truly valuable! ❤️❤️❤️

    I did a whole course of PRP treatments and then continued a few more times fo few years. Honestly, the result of having a fresh face lasts for a week, and then everything goes back to how it was before. I kept doing it, hoping that I was doing something good for my skin. And I want to believe that this is the case :) but honestly, I regret the money spent because, as I said, the effect is very short even after the full course. I have a large red spot with freckles in my decolette area. If I use foundation on it, there is still a difference in tone between my face, neck, and chest skin. So, I stopped using foundation. I only use a pressed powder (Lancome, Dual Finish). No primer. The dry powder applied with the natural hair brush does not emphasize wrinkles. I am not hiding my skin imperfections but rather tone them down. I spend money on healthy food and quality skincare. I am 53, and those my age know everything about lack of estrogen in your system and the effect it makes on the skin and the rest of your body. I am just trying to be the best version of myself instead of chasing youth and looking like somebody else.

    You should rethink your doze of botox (just an opinion based on my personal experience).
    I am approaching 40. I have been doing botox since 35, but I always negotiate the doze with the doctors. They really try to inject the maximum and it is not necessary to take the full doze they suggest, unless you really want to have your face stagnant and numb. I want my face to be alive.

      Micro needling is the biggest lie of the beauty industry. I did Morpheus 8. First, the effect is minimal and lasts maybe 3 months. What they advertise is a bs. It is a trauma for skin that creates microscars on the deep levels. The generation of collagen is overrated and it's not the type of collagen you need. Brief, I am not a specialist in this field, but I have done a lot of research about why it does not work and I recommend everyone to do the same before considering microneeddling or "lazer baking".

    I’m an RN and work in aesthetics. I highly encourage anyone that’s getting these procedures done especially lasers that you ask who is doing the procedure and their background. I just quit at a med spa bc the owner allows aestheticians to preform the laser treatments.
    Any stay far away from filler! I can also assure you that just because someone has MD behind their name doesn’t mean they’re a “master injector”.
    Clear and brilliant isn’t the best. You need so many treatments. It’s kinda garbage. Go for something stronger that you only have one treatment for. It usually costs the same as a series but more effective. You also need to do this 1-2 per year or else it just comes back.
    Sculptra isn’t a filler. And you need 1 vials per decade of age. It’s 100x better than filller. You haven’t had enough… And your injector should’ve started with 2 vials. 1 does absolutely nothing.

    As I am very curious about new treatments, but want to invest my money wisely, I am very thankful for your field report and will try out the microneedling & PRP💜 Greetings from Germany to Miami 💕
    PS: By now I get botox once till twice a year. I tried out microneedling (5 times, every 3rd week). I made the exact same experience than you (my skin is also quite good / OK, therefore I saw no real difference in the long term). I also tried out jet peel twice, where I saw better result.
    I came to the conclusion, that "aggressive" treamtens (fillers) make you look better / different immediately, but that dermatologist treatments might be healthier and look more natural in the long term use. A dermatologist told me: It`s equal to sport - You need to do treamtens regulary to keep the skin tight.

    I think fillers are always noticable. Ok, someone meets you for the first time and can't notice any thing but that is because you don't know eachother. What about family, close relatives and people that watch you for years? What about you, when you look to a photo of yours? How do you deal with major diffeences? Because you have. You're so naturally pretty and, honestly, watching some of your photos on this video, it's quite a Change and yeah, people on general, mainly is USA, are overloaded with botox, fillers and so on and, still, think that is quite "natural". If you say that aging is natural, is fine, etc, why botox at 31? Fillers? It comes out so artifitial. And crazy expensive.

    • @ErinNicoleTV
      @ErinNicoleTV  Месяц назад

      If you meet someone for the first time and wouldn't know they had filler, that means it's not noticeable. It has nothing to do with meeting them for the first time. There's not a treatment in existence that will stop aging altogether but there are treatments that can slow down the process so we look like the more youthful version of ourselves for as long as possible. As long as you like the way you look in the mirror and you feel most confident, that's all that matters, regardless if you have work done.

    • @mariajoaoguita8124
      @mariajoaoguita8124 Месяц назад +1

      @@ErinNicoleTVI can understand your point of view but, I insist: you don't notice any diffeences on someone you don't know because there's no reference to compare. Of course that some fillers cannot br not noticeable because some people don't know when to stop, although they end up looking so much worse. In your case, I think you look wonderful, but since I started following you, I had no doubt about your procedures but when you showed that picture, we can see it's not just a detail, no. You have a whole new face structure, your features are different but that's ok it that ia the ONLY way you look at the mirror and like what you see. I have nothing against aging well but, for me, that is not necessarily procedures. It's a state of mind where you don't try to deny, let's say, the natural changes that come with age and you don't need necessarily need to erase them. Not when you're 31 because that means that you fear aging.
