Bruce was incredibly strong for his size. He could take a 75lb barbell and from a standing position with the barbell held flush against his chest, he could slowly stick his arms out, lock them and hold the barbell there for 20 seconds, that's pretty damn tough for a guy who at the time only weighed 138lbs. I know 200lb weight lifters who can't do that." -Joe Lewis

I’m following one of your programs and started supplementing with creatine. I heard it was a great supplement with high effect on your training. However I noticed no change at all in my training with 5g daily after many weeks. I upped my dose to 10g daily and still notice nothing. Du you know what to do?

Do pushups, pullups and dips until you get 100 in a row easy then start adding weight to your body with a vest that can be adjusted from 10lbs to 50lbs eat calorie dense food and avoid sugar and processed food. The bulk should include creatine monohydrate or creatine hcl, as well as protein powder. Eating mostly meat and healthy fats is the best way and eating carbs only on the days you get heavy weight. Lift heavy once a week and do compound lifts like clean and jerks.

I don't think Wong Jackman was racist , sometimes people in the west do not understand or trample upon sacred eastern teachings or exploit them ,however in present day I find more westerners appreciating, understanding and respecting sacred eastern teachings more than present eastern people who become more westernized and lost all respect for, roles have changed a lot.
