Fantastic, some awesome camera work and great drone shots. Bet you didn't realise how close those power lines were. It looked really hard, can't imagine how much harder it was having to film everything as well! Hope you're ok and take a day off to recover and warm up. You certainly deserve it! Top video 👍
Man, These power Lines😅 Sensors don’t Pick up on them so I was super lucky I didn’t hit them. It was a hard day but it feels good to know I got through 🙌🏼
Marc, the last 3 weeks Ive been laid up with a damaged back and have been watching your blogs for all that time. I am very much converted to go electric and feel your trip has given me very positive vibes in buying a Zero or similar. On Sunday Im off to the bike shop to look at the Zero and hopefully start the process. Thanks very much for your vids and hopefully get up to speed on your videos. Regards Neil.
OMG!!! After going to mountain via a medieval "high" way.. ( awesome drone shot though! ), then snow! I was just watching and i was exhausted!! LOL... the part going over the lime stone sand toward the end of the trail (because that was not a road!) , I could feel it... I am not much of an off road guy, but it was nice scenery! Glad you made it without any incident or troubles with EVE... Cool video as usual!
Great episode. I like the sound of my motorcycle whilst riding. It's interesting watching you ride in the wilderness with no noise. Keep it going guys.
Total respect to you for doing that journey, even though you didn`t know what was coming up for you. I thought the off-road section and river crossing were bad enough but when you hit that cold weather, it was enough to put most of us off continuing. Well done.
I think that's now my favorite video of yours so far. What a tough day in the saddle. I SO love my heated gloves. Thanks for sharing. Great memory for you.
Great to know you & Eve are capable of getting thru such a "road"--and can enjoy the sounds of the waterfalls, or rocks against the bash guards... But a scary risk of hypothermia--glad Marie can help your recovery!!
A tremendously difficult demonstration of how reliable the e-bike is, with no exhaust noise, just such amazing view, you can hear only the Nature sounds... Just perfect. All the best for both you, ride safely.
Wow! I hope you have recovered a bit from that cold Marc! What an amazing ride AND video! This was a very very hard ride for rider and bike. You showed it can be done with this bike although it would not have been on the list I guess. And then we have to think about what you have to do to make this AWESOME video for us, stopping every time, flying the drone going back and forth or how you do it. Glad the drone didn't crash on those power lines. I hope you tell us in the next video how Maree responded to the video ;-) I hope this video get lots of views and maybe even go viral. Well done mate!
A really tough ride Marcus but you handled it very well! Some of the most beautiful scenery that I have ever seen! Thanks for this episode! 😁😁 Warm up ! 😛😛
Nice work! I do the same type of terrain with my Honda cb500. Maybe not quite as rough or as long of a trip but I definitely take it where most people don’t take their street bikes! I love exploring and as long as I feel comfortable, I’ll keep going. It’s like you said too. You just have to relax and stay focused.
Thank God you are a big, tall guy Marc. Lesser mortals would have a real challenge riding such a heavy machine in that kind of terrain ! We enjoyed the video, sure. Trinidad & Tobago. West Indies.
Hehe I know finally I do something a bit exciting! 😉 Noraly deserves nothing but respect for doing this stuff every day! It’s just mind blowing to me! What an amazing rider she is🙌🏼 thanks for watching mate 🤙🏼
Wow..beautiful landscape and great camera work, but that's a knarly trail! You're doing awesome man! Go Eve go! That would be a lot of work on any bike, more if you're having to work the clutch and gears.
Aw! Marc you had my heart in my mouth riding the rough road with those precipitous drops just beside you! I dropped my petrol bike in a very slippery muddy puddle at the weekend and broke the front brake lever right off. I had to ride 70 miles back home. Not much fun! I agree with everything you say about living with electric. Mine is a 2020 model like yours and I did know it has a broken battery when I bought it. I should get the new one soon, which I'm told will be 17.3kw hours, so looking forward to that, but in the meantime lovin' my SR/F more and more especially as the weather is getting a bit better in the UK. Rock on mate and I hope you are warmed through now.. 🙂
Amazing Marc. You still haven’t sold me on electric bikes (or cars for that matter), but I truly enjoyed watching your ride. Love what you do and to have Maree meet you at the end melts the heart.
Hi Mark. Thank you for visiting Albania. I am Albanian born, Canadian taxpayer and love Portugal😀😀. We follow you and watch your videos as a family. You did not post anything for three days and we were very concerned about your well been. Please post a short video everyday so we know you are ok. We don't know which way you are going, but if you enter Greece from Albania we recommend crossing at "Tre urat" ne Permet. Stop in Permet for food and drinks and you will not be disappointed. The ride from Permet to Greek boarder is great as well. We wish you well and hopefully we meet one day on the road.

consider a pair of motorcycle handlebar wind deflectors, help reduce rain soaked gloves, keep some wind chill off your hands! ... nice video & off road adventure. you still have not convinced me to swap my 1500 Valkyrie for electric... yet.
Good use of the drone! And I kept thing, "It must be hell to have to back to get the camera/tripod, or place the camera/tripod and go back for another run". Thanks for doing it, though!
A little more ground clearance and it would be a fantastic and easy experience. I heard they have a new model that would do better off road 🙌🏼 I’m warm now 😜
Just brilliant Marc. The no fuss way Eve handled all that rocky stuff was super impressive. No wheel spin, just smooth movement. And my left hand was aching just watching, thinking of all the clutch slip I'd be doing to get up the steep bits. Question... Do you own any microfibre base layers? A good one of those and a lightweight rain coat would have kept you a bit warmer and dont take up too much room in the back pack.! Great drone footage, too.
I'll just add I really like your videos because the two of you are very relatable, more like most bikers. So if you two and Eve can do all this stuff, anyone can. Plus the music is great. Keep it up😊

A friend and I were to ride the SH21 from Skhoder to Theth on a BMW R1150 and Guzzi 1200 Sport, as we were told it was possible. After reading a number of reviews, it seemed the best way was one of the 4x4 taxi's. They were right, it would be impossible on our bikes. Odd that at our accommodation, someone had managed to drive a Nissan Micra up there. A beautiful country (hope you go on the Koman ferry to Fiera), and wonderfully friendly people.
