  • Pakistan 40% dangerous?!, wtf man! I don’t understand what’s going on with Escort protocol. I’m out of Balochistan and still with Police escort and trying hard to get rid of them but they are well connected and won’t let go. It kind of ruins the whole experience for me but the cherry on top is the unexpected BOMB SQUAD searching my hotel…this is insane! Come on Pakistan, for real? And who is paying for that?

Those are places to actually spend time in as a tourist. Disclaimer: Turks are a bit hot headed in my experience.

From my understanding (but I've just watched RUclipsrs visit), is that the government does not control the whole country. Big areas are controlled by clans, who might find some way to make money off you (or swap you against a friend of them in prison). The government decided that it's cheaper to keep the tourists safe by giving them a guard, than get the whole country under their control.

Just on the off chance someone from Zero might read this, the only reason I am even considering an electric motorcycle is because I see how reliable and durable your bike is.. I do think that Zero could and should be doing a lot more for you. You are putting Zero on the map the same way Charlie and Ewan put BMW on the map with their long way series. Come on Zero give potential customers a chance to get to know you... I'd say keep your head down and get out of Pakistan as quickly as you can.

As a Pakistani, I'm so sorry that you had to go through this police harassment Marc, we are ashamed that some of us treat our guests in such a pathetic way, you must understand that Pakistan currently is under Dictatorship (a madman who wants to control every living being inside this country). I'm sure if you had visited Pakistan before March 2022, things would have been very different and you would have loved the experience. Because in this current situation, only a few sick minded people ruined your whole experience. Generally Pakistanis are very welcoming and will always treat you with lots of love and respect. It's just a few sick minded people who have taken over this beautiful country of 240+ million people, those few have ruined everything for you and ashamed us too. Again I'm sorry from every Pakistani. Wish things could have been different. And they will be different, as we are all fighting for our freedom currently as well. Hey Marcus. Loving your videos. This is my 2nd time to give you insights. Pakistan has been struggling with the tourism situation. In most cases it is safe but tha here is the overview of past . Tourism was dead until IMRAN KHAN leadership came into power and many people starting making their dream destination to this country. Pakistan dont want to earn from tourism rather than show the real beauty it holds. The thing is that now why police escorts tourist everywhere. This is happening because now many areas if infrastructure and planning are not taken into account by the present government but on the other hand they want their image to retain hence is the result is nuisance. I am very optimistic on the point that Pakistan and it's poeple praise the tourist and very friendly and helpful but due to country's bad political influence and rivalry many mafias and terrorist gangs are there who just have negative extremism and they don't think anything about the country or themselves when their leaders ask them to make mischief. That is why to avoid such circumstances you are given a little pain. Not only the police but intelligence and other authorities are regularly monitoring the tourist activity. That i appreciate they are doing a hard job but this is not the way. The medium of control and safety can be fulfilled by other means. But this rather discourage the travellers, many moments of joy replenish this way. Hope this ends soon and you return back with much nicer presence.

    • @zareenkhan3008

Plus what is understand that if it was only for you means if you were the solo traveller you shall be left alone but there is kid in this all alone which makes you ideal and very prone to these mafias i mentioned. For a big bounty (not be happen) but things can change scenario. The government can provide you their own safe map and routes and tourist will comply with them. This way less will be trouble caused

They're keepinng you safe from remote areas. Thats why they are with you 24/7. some areas are remote for foreigners so its a duty for Pakistani police to make yourself safe from any danger and stuff. yes I know its so frustrating to have some one with you all the time but if some thing happened to you then its the whole image of Pakistan which is going to be ruined in world. We try our best to make Pakistan safe for you. you definitely have met with amazing and friendly people of Pakistan. Pakistanis are the most heart warming people in the world. You cant find this type of hospitality in any place especially not in west. As a Pakistani living in Germany I can surely know how Pakistani treat foreigners and how western treat foreigners. Enjoy your journey in Pakistan. and just remember Police is there for your own safety.

The Pakistani state is just insecure and scared of its own people. Its insane! I am from Pakistan and even while entering the place where I live in police stopped me for a random check -_-. I fought back and and yelled at them alot which was stupid as they could has easily planted something inside my bag or pocket and just blamed it on me. Thankfully they thought I was under 18 and just a boy so they let me go. The state is just hostile.

Government of Pakistan bares the cost of fuel and manpower from taxes collected from the masses. So basically a Pakistani citizen earning 100$ a month has to pay money so the western people can enjoy their "vacation" or "safely" travel through the country.

But seriously, if you come across an opportunity to borrow a diesel motorcycle, you have to try it🤩
The Bullet diesel was not just made in England, but India as well.
And if you're allowed to modify it, put a small turbo on it and change the sprocket sizes, this will make it a beast on the uphills and a mile eater on the straights👍
I don't have the opportunity to try this now because in Norway, there is loads of snow right now and temperature can dip bellow 20 minus if we get the full experience from the wind blowing from Russia, so I'll say you're in a much better position to try anything whenever you can, you should just go for it, just for the day or maybe a few days.
Nice to see that you're doing so well despite your setbacks, and I can totally relate in terms of relationships, living free seems to be so much better than letting negativity take control, you're doing good buddy☺

Yes, exactly. This is the image that they have portrayed of Iran in the world. The power of the media cannot be underestimated. According to the media, nearly 90 percent of the population in Iran is starving and their income does not even cover the cost of food! I myself come from a middle-class family. We have about 1 hectare of orchard, a car, and a truck. We have a house in the county and a house in the capital (Tehran), as well as 3 plots of land in our own city. This roughly constitutes the life of most people in Iran! In Iran, according to statistics, only about 6 percent are in absolute poverty, compared to America which I think was about 11.5 percent the last time I read, and the biggest propaganda against Iran is carried out by America. If such a thing is dictatorship, I have no problem with it.
