Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Cup Flour (185g)
- 1/4 Cup Sugar (50g)
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (100g)
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder (35g)
- 1/2 Tbs Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil (100g)
- 1 Cup Milk (250ml)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (65g)

Crumble
- 1/4 Cup Flour (30g)
- 2 Tbs Brown Sugar (25g)
- 1 Tbs Butter (15g)
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional)
- Salt as needed
- 2 Tbs Chopped Pecan

Instructions
Crumble
1.Add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon powder & butter in a bowl. Cut it until it incorporated & resemble a sandy texture. Add the chopped pecan. Stir to combine. Let it rest in fridge until needed.

Muffin
1. Preheat oven to 200C & lined muffin baking pan with parchment paper.
2.In a bowl, whisk sugar, egg, milk, oil & vanilla. Once completely combine, sift in flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, salt, baking powder & baking soda. Whisk until combine & lump free.
3.Pour chocolate chips into the batter & whisk to combine.
4.Pour the batter into lined muffin pan & sprinkle the crumbs on top of the batter. Bake it at 200C for 5 minutes before lowering to 180C & bake for 25-30 minutes or until bake complety (skewer comes out clean when inserted).
5. Take out from the oven & it ready to be served.
