- 360 is a 3rd generation primer which can be used on sub optimally prepared concrete or even metal surfaces. Its unique solvent free composition, gives it low viscosity yet strong adhesion by allowing it to flow easily and interlock with microscopic undulations in surfaces, thus giving a strong bond. 360 has diverse application but most popular one being the base primer for industrial flooring and tank linings.
