I never knew how much I liked numpads until I used a work laptop that didn’t have one. I can understand why they are scrapped on smaller laptops but a 15+ inch laptop should definitely have one
I like number pads as well. I write this completely inane comment for engagement, gotta feed the algorithm. This is an excellent comprehensive review. Thank you.
The laptop is great, but watch out for the power button! My button got stuck (the switch behind it broke) just after 2 months of use and I couldn't power my machine! Workaround: use an option that enables starting up when opening the lid.
I almost bought this one but opted for the legion 7i instead. There's a sku of the legion that's got the same 3.2k ips with 100% dci-p3 (matte, no touchscreen), has the rtx 4060, but gives you the powerful i9 14900hx CPU. It also has upgradeable ram and second SSD slot. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking at the yoga because it's going to be have a few advantages over the yoga at the same price. I got mine on Lenovo outlet for $1250
Does the screen flip all the way over, AKA a 360 hinge? I use that feature a lot when I'm taking notes, drawing, or when I need a screen to show a short presentation when a larger screen isn't available. In the same vein, does the screen work with a Microsoft Surface pen?
I personally, think this is awesome laptop for productivity and maybe editing but definitely not for gaming because that 4050 is going to be the bottleneck of that laptop, especially with 6GB VRAM when most games now demand at least 8GB of VRAM and above for the GPU side in gaming. For the Asking price of this laptop there are better options for the gaming side. Overall this laptop more entertainment watching with productivity and lite editing. Great video!

You and I share the same feelings about having a numpad, regardless of whether it's a gaming laptop.

Did you put in for warranty? Lenovo usually pretty good about their warranty at least with their workstations.

You mean the one I'm posting a review of this weekend? Lol
@ShannonMorse nice! Looking forward to it!
Thank You !
I thought the yoga line was supposed to fold all the way around to be used as a tablet
I thought the same thing. I received mine today and was a bit disappointed.
Nice one 😊

No, the screen only can go flat like it was shown at the start of the video
Team Numberpad! Odd it’s not a 360 flip being part of the Yoga line.
Lenovo has been my first computer choice for years.
Nice review
Where do we find a case for this? It's literally non existence! I have been searching. If anyone has found a case (prefer hard covers), please share.
Have you looked into the framework 13 and 16 laptops?
