    #GoodMorning - Shoulders was exactly what i needed today. I love the variety each morning and plan to start at the beginning when my 30 days are up. I have been doing this routine, followed by devotions and prayer, longer than any other in a long time. Thanks for giving me a great start to my days!

    #goodmorning. Day 25. I started this challenge because I was suffering from a frozen shoulder. I could't sleep, get dressed or do any sports without feeling pain. I felt miserable for months. But then I started this routine. Of course at first, very careful. But now after all these days I can do so much more. I hardly feel any pain, I sleep like a rose and I feel so much better. Today's routine was a very nice stretch for my shoulders. Thank you Kassandra!

    Thank you for these wonderful morning stretches Kassandra 💗 I truly enjoy these 10 min classes each morning before I filmed my own yoga classes. You have inspired me to create a 30 day morning challenge as well that I will release on May 1st. It`s quite a project to create this challenge especially with a toddler running around all day long.     Thank you so much Kassandra for making me truly realize that I am able to do yoga. I flow with you, and lose myself in the movements. I am in day 25 but I already see the difference in my body. I also incorporate other videos. I have gotten so much more peaceful and confident. This challenge and your other videos kept me sane during such hard times. My sleeping pattern changed completely and I wake up early to do the yoga practice. ❤️

    I have had problems with shoulder impinchment and was worried when my physiotherapist went on vacation. But then I found your 30 day yoga challenge and started both the morning and evening classes and my shoulder is getting better! Thank you Kass

    This challenge is really life-altering. I`ve been doing it for 25 days and I can`t skip a day without doing this 10 min practice. I feel stronger, healtheir , and more flexible throught the days. It makes me calm and the affirmqations do really work if I`m focused. I love my mornings now. Thanks Kassandra for everything. I love you

You're my favorite teacher, I really appreciate your soothing voice, the great pace, the variety of poses and the detailed explanation you give for each pose. I truly look forward to each challenge every day, and mornings have become something I actually enjoy. I feel sad that the challenge will end soon for me (I'll probably start over again 😄), but please do more challenges! Everyone can do 10 minutes, and I find it awesome to start the day this way. I live in a boat, and sometimes it`s hard to keep the balace because of the waves, but maybe they just add a little extra magic in my morning practise. Thank you!!!
