    I start my class with exercises, they are necessary to warm up and strengthen the muscles. The basic exercise i do in 3 speeds. For beginners it is necessary to master exercises on the first speed and gradually speed up going to the second and third speed. If You do exercises for maintenance of physical shape and not for mastering professional dancing skills, do them in slow tempo and concentrate on breathing.
    Exercise 6. Jump up with bent shin backwards, it is advisable to jump in the way to touch the buttocks with heels.
