Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed

Garlic - 2 cloves
Shallots - 3 nos
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Shallots - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Dry red chillies - 2 nos
