In this video we continue to walk towards the bottom of the cave. I have been here several times before, but it has been several years since the last time I had been here. Each year I get older things do get worse with age. I had to go very slow down the steep paths while hanging on the hand rails all the time. Towards the end of this section my right knee was on fire! very painful, but there's nothing to do but continue to walk slowly to get to the elevators.

Yeah! If I go back some time, i'll take a small flash light even though the rangers re-commend not to.
