Mount Rinjani is an active volcano that rises to 3726 meters (12 224 ft). This makes it the second-highest volcano in Indonesia, and we challenged ourselves to summit it. After climbing so many mountains we thought that we were ready, but unfortunately, this was the one that broke us.

My friends and I successfully hiked Mount Rinjani via Sambalun and Torean in late August. The most challenging part of the climb for me was at Bukit Penyesalan and Letter E🤣.

Well... the truth is... we didn't train at all for this 😅
@@RitaandPedro wow 🥲 how is your overall condition? I’m preparing for the Rinjani (climbing in May this year). But don’t know very well what to expect. All stories are different. From die hard trainers to people who didn’t train at all and were fine

Hmmm..bro, it wasn’t because of the weather. The last hour is hell, and I don’t blame u turning back, but it wasn’t because of the weather…the wind doesn’t make it unsafe, there’s plenty of leeway on either side of the track 😅😅
