ABR Festival 2024 - Bigger and better! We ride the trails, listen to the bands and drink far too much beer at the Adventure Bike Rider Festival 2024!
We’re back at Europe’s largest Adventure Biking Festival in the heart of Warwickshire, UK. The ‪@ABRmagazine‬ Festival is an exciting opportunity to bring out the adventurer in you with fantastic trails, test ride areas, off-roading, ride-outs as well as live music and questionable camping.
Held within the opulent grounds of Ragley Hall Estate, the weekend long celebration of all things adventure riding and off-road enjoyment featured plenty of highlights.
A real pleasure to meet YOU! Thanks for taking the time to chat and offer support to this channel 👍 Love you guys!

Looks like a real hoot! But the crowds and noise - shiver me timbers! I'll have to pass. 7am is not early. Lately I've been getting up around 5am to walk the dog (in the summer, in Phoenix, it's way too damn hot by 7 to walk). But then I'm a bit of a morning guy anyway. As long as the evening guy was not too active the night before. LOL

I put up my new Lone Rider moto tent on the Thursday, "slept" in it that night, almost froze to death and went home every night after that as I only live 25 minutes away and I don't drink, I hate camping, but I love the ABR. You need a hotel or Airbnb.

You’re the second RUclips motorcycle content creator/influencer who I have heard making a thing about how much you hate camping. What are you doing wrong? For me motorcycle camping is the best way to travel. Last year I met up with an old friend in the Pyrenees for a few days and he had pre-booked overnight accommodation in hotels, mainly Paradors. That was not for me, it just seemed like a waste of money to stay in characterless accommodation, I was so glad to get back to the comfort of my tent on the way home. Each to their own but people like you influence others and there may be people who will be reluctant to try camping because of your faux attitude. I feel for those souls who believe that the only way to travel is to take your big expensive motorcycle to Santander or Bilbao on a very expensive ferry to stay in hotels less than a days ride from the ports for a few days before heading back the same way because that’s what they’ve seen others do on RUclips. . Heading off into the unknown with your camping gear is a great alternative.

The irony is, I agree with you. I can imagine camping in Central Massif, surrounded by nature, alone in the quiet wilderness would be fantastic. However, ‘festival’ camping is a totally different animal….

I prefer to use out of the way inns or small family run hotels. I learn a lot by communicating with the locals and eating their food. No expensive bike, no expensive hotels, no long ferry crossings. This May I rode my KTM 890 adventure over 8000 km on back roads and tracks and enjoyed every minute of it. It's great not having to carry camping stuff.
