Thanks so much for sharing! So many of us pregnant women have been waiting for you to take the lead to see what is safe and what we can do. You are such an inspiration and a leader! Thanks for documenting your journey! ❤
Thank you for sharing, very inspirational! Have you been doing any specific exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor during pregnancy? I keep seeing so many different recommendations surrounding pregnancy and jumping.
Yes I have been doing some specific ones but also just thinking about activating it during my warm ups so exhaling and contracting while doing my lunges and step ups and core work. Then relaxing it in child’s pose after
@@TheDottirs thank you so much for your reply and thanks for the tips! I’d be interested in following more of your journey when it comes to training adaptations etc. around pregnancy as long as you feel comfortable sharing.
Yeah, she cares about her muscles more than her child. I mean, she's a gorgeous woman and I'd like to grow bigger and taller to deal with her. But These fans get so salty.. dangerous for an innocent child
@@oltreilmegliodelpeggio927this is false. Exercise is beneficial to both mom and baby. Not exercising during pregnancy increases many risks, including preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and cesarean delivery. Don’t just spout out misinformation.
Any statistics on the outcome, any good source of information? Don't you think it's normal for women to work all the way through? I don't think they normally had any problems with the pregnancy in the olden days, it was the birth itself that caused problems. Do you have another opinion?

Amazing work!!! Such an inspiration 🥹😍
I trained all the up to 34 weeks when the gym closed because of Covid and it was 100% better recovery than my previous pregnancy when I did nothing.
That is very inspiring. As a man it makes me feel like I have no excuses.
Outstanding as always!
You are awesome. Great work.
