I trained all the up to 34 weeks when the gym closed because of Covid and it was 100% better recovery than my previous pregnancy when I did nothing.

Thank you for sharing, very inspirational! Have you been doing any specific exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor during pregnancy? I keep seeing so many different recommendations surrounding pregnancy and jumping.

Yes I have been doing some specific ones but also just thinking about activating it during my warm ups so exhaling and contracting while doing my lunges and step ups and core work. Then relaxing it in child’s pose after

Yeah, she cares about her muscles more than her child.
I mean, she's a gorgeous woman and I'd like to grow bigger and taller to deal with her. But These fans get so salty.. dangerous for an innocent child

@@oltreilmegliodelpeggio927this is false. Exercise is beneficial to both mom and baby. Not exercising during pregnancy increases many risks, including preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and cesarean delivery. Don’t just spout out misinformation.

Any statistics on the outcome, any good source of information? Don't you think it's normal for women to work all the way through? I don't think they normally had any problems with the pregnancy in the olden days, it was the birth itself that caused problems. Do you have another opinion?
