Thanks mam for accepting my request for making video. Kindly clarify does anterior pelvic tilt and hyper lordosis are same or not, also kindly tell how to sit and walk if suffering from hyper lordosis, as whenever I stand even for one hour in the kitchen it is very pain full
Anterior pelvic tilt is basically because of lordosis ....when you sit always keep a small pillow behind your lower back so that it remains supported..when you stand ,keep one leg on a small stepper so that body weight does not come on your lower back ...start working on the core muscles ,start doing the exercises

Lumbar flattening me back pain hone ke chances he ,degenerative disc ke vajah se lumbar flattening ho skta he ...iski exercises alag hote he ...I have not made a video on that yet
