    On website of ministry of foreign affairs of the Czech Republic .they say the resident permit holder must have resided in the Czech Republic for at least 15 months . But you say they can apply straight away .can you make clear that? .thank you

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  2 года назад +1

      Well, you are confusing two things - long-term visa and long-term residence permit. RP has rules (such as 6 or 15 months of waiting), visa can be applied for immediatelly.

      @1DRS 2 года назад

      @@jankalina-CzechVisaExpert thank you for replying .then we can say that a person who got 2 years resident permit, his or her family can apply the visa without waiting the permit holder's 15 months staying in the Czech Republic.

      Hey! Hard to say if we have not worked the case with you. On the other hand, visa generally requires a bank statement, not salary confirmation.

    Hi,
    Can you explain wy partners are considered as family and not siblings.

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  2 года назад

      Noone can explain that :D Maybe someone yes but not me for sure. The thing just is, family reunification is meant for families - husband, wife and child/ren, and equivalents (registered partners, partners). Siblings do not fit the description.

    Sir,
    Obviously you're clarifying so clearly. But just I've a query that: after holding 6 month's employee card what will be the requirements for salary or how much CZK should've been shown in bank statement to apply for long term family reunification visa?

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  2 года назад +1

      Hey! For the VISA, you only have to show that you have enouhh money in your bank account (see more here: movetoprague.com/family-reunification-visa/). The monthly income is needed for the RESIDENCE PERMIT (see more here: movetoprague.com/family-reunification-long-term-residence-permit/). The minimum for visa in 5/22 is 102 000 CZK, the minimum for residence is say 21 100 CZK net monthly. But that depends on couple factors.

    Hi Jan
    Thanks so much for the information
    It's well detailed but I have a few questions.... please since the family reunification visa doesn't allow the spouse to work
    But if I apply for long term residence permit even when the supposed spouse is not in Czech can work with that if it's approved?
    And can the spouse....can he or she get long term residence permit even when not in Czech already?

    Thanks for this information Sir, I heard you saying the long term visa takes 60days for it to be approved. My long term visa application has been there for more than 100 working days, wanted to visit my husband for couple of days and return because of my job but no response as at now is there something I could do about it? Note: I've been tracking almost everyday and it is still in process.

    Hi Jan, thank you very much for all information so far. Its quite clear and detailed. But please let me ask u something . Im working and living in CR for two months with Blue card and I would like to bring spouse and kid asap. So is it possible to bring them here first with a family visa and after they arrive CR, could we apply for a family long term residince permit as well here in CR ? Is it also possible to apply for it in CR? If yes then where could we apply for this permit? On the other hand, what if we get 3 months family visa in first place then it might be trouble to apply residince permit becuse the conclusion for approval is min 6 months. Therefore family is out of visa during that time. Hope you understood me.
    Thanks in advance
    Hezky den 😀

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  2 года назад

      Hey Berkay, if you have a Blue Card, your family can apply for the residence permit directly, they do not have to wait six months :) So they can either apply through the Embassy or here, both works :)

      @@jankalina-CzechVisaExpert Thank you very much for info. I totaly got it but what I mean was better to apply for a visa to bring them here soon therefore I dont have to wait for 180 days for the ministry approval. It should take 2 or 3 months maybe less with visa apply. Afterwards when they arrive here, could we apply residince permit for them as well in CR?

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  2 года назад

      @@berkayertem1837 Yes, that is what we usually recommend :) The main difference is that your spouse will not be able to work under the visa, besides that, for sure faster :)
