    Hello sir, Can you point out the advantages of the blue card over the employee card? since the blue card has limitations then it makes no sense to pick it over the employee card except that the advantages are much better.

    Hello Jan, can you please make a video about "Cooperative ownership" appartments when renting a room in a house ? I've been told that all the owners of the building should sign the contract (and not the only landlord I am dealing with) to actually be able to register my adress in the ministry of the Interior, but what If these owners aren't living in the same place as the landlord I am dealing with ? are there any other valid options ? Thank you in advance

      @@jankalina-CzechVisaExpert Hi Jan, thanks for your answer. Doesn't it mean that only these countries are allowed to apply for QUALIFIED EMPLOYEE PROGRAMME?

    Hello Sir. I hope you're well.
    I actually needed an information. I am a Master's student of this fall at CZU.
    Sir, I will go to Prague by this month's 28th. My classes will start on Sep 15th, 2022.
    In that case, can I receive the resident card from the M.O.I within 3 days of reaching czechia and before my classes start in prague?
    Hope you will answer! :)

      You have to book an appointment for the biometeics first, so it depends on when they are available :)

      @@jankalina-CzechVisaExpert Thanks for the reply, Sir. I have some more questions. Hope you won't mind answering! :) According to my approval email within 3 days of my arrival in Czech, the MOI office in Praha will issue me my biometric residence card after I report there. So, do I need to book a slot in the MOI before my flight to Prague? And I have one more query. Does this mean I can receive the card before my classes start?

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  2 года назад

      @@jakobitalobi4757 Well, depending on what branch you fall under, you usually have to go to the MOI without appointment and wait couple hours in the line. They will register you and book biometrics appointment for you. Then you do the biometrics and pick up your residence card 2-3 weeks later. In some branches (i.e. the student one in Hladkov), you can not go without apointment so you have to book the appointment on the phone line first amd them go. That can take couple weeks as well.

    If i have a temporary residence card in other EU and i am getting an offer in Czech Republic applying Employee Card be a problem ? and i have to re-nonce the temporary residence card belongs to other EU zone.

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  Год назад

      Well, this kind of question is difficult to answer without knowing more about your case. Generally, if you legally reside in the EU, you might be allowed to apply for Czech visa from within the EU (Dresden). Also generally, you should not have two residence permits of the same type in two EU countries. Concrete details though vary based on the case. Maybe best get in touch and book a consultation with us so we can go through everything in details :)
