I have applied for family reunion visa of Austria. I have provided all the documents but A1 German language certificate is missing. I have attempted 4 times to get the certificate but unfortunately I failed to pass the exam of A1german language due to some psychological issues and disturbance. Is it possible for me to get exemption from A1 certificate due to my mental condition? If possible then what is the procedure to apply for language exemption on the basis of mental health issues?
