I bought an Add a collar and when I turn it on, it blinks red, yellow, then green and beeps constantly while it is doing it. The original collar that came with the system Works as it should and the rest of the system is operating correctly. Can you advise what the issue might be?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help. It's important to note that every dog is different and will require a stimulation level appropriate for their temperament. We would recommend beginning training your dog on the lowest setting and gradually increasing the level of stimulation until you feel your dog is appropriately reacting. The transmitter will not affect the stimulation level of your collar, however, it will change the boundary width of the correction zone. The proper transmitter setting will depend on how close you'd like for your dog to be able to get to their boundary line and the layout of your fence. @@SportDOGBrand I tried the range transmitter from 2 to 10. It's at least 500 feet between the boundary and the transmitter. On collar I have tried 1 through 3 and it doesn't phase him. He's a mini Australian Shepherd so didn't think I'd have to go higher on such a little guy.
