I really like my Omni Terminator. I think it definitely marks a new chapter for Rlaarlo. I also own an MT10 and a Hoss, and I love all three of them. But to me there's something really special about the way this slightly smaller vehicle drives and handles like a full size 1/10 car. The suspension is tuned really well for landing jumps. I do wish it didn't traction roll so easily on some surfaces, but as long as it is on dirt, this isn't a problem. I hope Rlaarlo will make the replacement parts readily available on Amazon so these can be repaired quickly when needed. Thanks for the great video. It's encouraging to see that it stayed cool even with the speed gear installed.
In its class, and price range with all the features it offers, this RC is by far the best deal at this point in time hands down. That's my opinion of course. Also in my opinion the next runner ups would probably be HBX 2997a, and the Hosim X08.
Have you put the biggest spur gear you can in the carbon and tested it for speed and heat? You hit 53 I believe you said but was that the supplied gear? I drove you for the first time last week at work and I get the hype. I was so surprised how well it handled for the scale and really want one. Way better than myH14BM
My brother has the CF edition, they're nice but for the money i would buy the LAEGENDARY Thunder, well i actually have one, 47 mph out of the box for $109
I have the Leagendary Thunder Brushless too, and I got the same deal $109 on Amazon, but I'm going to buy the Omni Terminator also, I am definitely a Rlaarlo fan. Great video as always JayTee! 😎💥🔥
I have the CF one and it's a little beast. Mine gets pretty warm on the stock gear in grass. I've not measured but it gets the bottom of the chassis really warm to the touch. I figure the motor is quite a bit warmer. I ordered a HW 10BL120 combo while they were on sale for mine but haven't put it in yet. I'm not looking for more top speed really but morce punch and less brakes would be nice. Overall it's a decent little truck and worth the price. I've seen the CF rtr version on Amazon discounted as low as $212 already.
My thoughts are on my aluminum was to try bigger tires. I'm not a big Traxxas guy n idk how much bigger the tires are. But I figure any size increase would benefit the truck. I broke one front cvd and bent my shock tower (not same time) and the body junked 3rd battery. These things are sweet as heck. Got a granite raptor body and it's close but to fit right the front covers my bumper but that's OK it looks sweet with a bigger/ wider body. But needs bigger shoes to look better. IMHO
@@Danielxperez14the incredibly flexible plastic makes me worried about stripping those screws, etc... I feel MJX doesn't do enough R&D. Every piece of plastic on that truck has got mad flex. That's great for A-arms, bad for bulkheads, chassis screw holes, dirt ingress.
I just got the aluminum series had a front cvd just pop on me 3rd battery out lol. "At no fault of mine" swear 😅 n I've got about 10 pks thru it now. Bent the front shock tower but I'll bend it back 7075 is forgiving if you're careful the only true drawback on the truck is the body is total bull excrement but the truck is sweet. Does way better back flips with the 19 tooth rather than the 16 but off road ya will see some cogging in my case anyway.
Are these really worth their price compared to major brands? I mean, I know the major brands started out with nobody really knowing about them but at least they are/were/or still made here or Japan, Taiwan, vs China? Just wondering because they look really nice and well made, plus you seem to get a lot for your money? How’s the part support here in the US? Thanks, great video.
Buogiorno friend I immediately subscribed to myself I wanted to wonder I have the carbon fiber version H put the biggest pigno that was in the box and it is 60kmh is normal?. hello thanks in advance. Greetings from Italy

Great video! Can the front CVDs be installed in the rear? l do this to all my Arrma 6s models.
Yes
I put the Traxxas rustler 4x4 tires on my CF one and I love it with the slightly larger tires

Also it will self right
Yes… big gear it!

In your opinion should I spend the extra money on the carbon fiber version if I plan on bashing it? Thanks
Man that's kind of a hard decision because it is a little bit faster in some ways
Waiting on the MJX 10208
For the price it’s in the same ball park as the mt10 and granite and way slower and not as premium

@@Boogie_the_cat I ended up getting the carbon rlaarlo and I’ve gone through 20+ packs and only a bent wheelie bar
I Bought a bigger battery from rlaarlo and it does not require any modification to the omni terminator
Awesome truck brother
Thanks
Speed run 🏁🏁
