It is good to consider that the "self knowledge" which Mark mentioned; is not about those middle steps, but in context, the BB (unfortunately) aligns self knowledge with merely knowing about alcoholism, and their own drinking page 38, 39 BB. In other words: Self knowledge should be knowledge about the Self, not knowledge about alcoholism. Self knowledge is, in my experience, where it is all at. I need knowledge about my self or I am lost. The BB used the wrong word by stating 'self knowledge"; when they should have used alcohol-knowledge or something similar.
Self knowledge isn’t our problem we suffer from a 3 fold illness and we’ need to get Spritual well to over come this . But it helps to know what makes us tick . 🙏🏻💜☮️
We can't save ourselves from delusion. I know God better when I look in someone's eyes and see myself. Not self-centerdness but humility and connectedness. 🧦

we don't have to do what someone else does. I have to do something to maintain my spiritual connection with HP God as I understand him. He has become my employer.
