Judge MERCHAN WANTS TO INTERFERE IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WITH A REPEAT TRIAL OF President Trump

Judge marshawn is trying to interfere in the presidential election by holding Donald Trump in the courtroom for another 2 months for a second trial because the first trial was tainted by a biased juror speaking to parties outside of the courtroom and telling them what the verdict would be before the trial was finished and the verdict was announced. That's sufficient grounds to vacate the judgment, set aside the verdict and schedule a second trial, which is what Merchan is going to want to do, - to interfere in the presidential election by keeping Donald Trump off of the campaign trail and locked in a New York courtroom for the rest of the summer.
