The law in 6020a Clearly states (but SHALL CONSENT to disclose all information necessary for the preparation of) they have consented by filing a VOULNTARY WITHOLDING FORM. The tax collector and AGENT is the EMPLOYER and if that employer uses your SS number to report payments made to you, you have voluntarily disclosed your earnings through the intermediary (the employer) INDIRECTLY and thus this makes the actions by the IRS in this case completely constitutional and LEGAL in this case. What proof do you have that the 1099s are used as I don't see that as the case.?

@@tiger05rtc that is quite an imagination you have and a complete leap of logic! Why are you referring to 26 USC 6020a when this video is about 6020b? This video is regarding how the IRS deals with Non Filers, which the IRS justifies using 6020b in their SFR program. Non Filers never sign any return. Non Filers have not consented to anything. 6020a is regarding Filers. Thomas is right on with this video. The IRS has ZERO delegated authority to file a Substitute Return for a 1040. The only tax forms that the IRS has been given delegated authority to file Substitute Returns for are all business returns, which Thomas showed here. I have had the IRS assess taxes against me. I did FOIA requests when the IRS wrote to me and informed me that since I did not file a return, that they filed one for me. I thought to myself, mmmmm, well I sure would like to see what kind of return was filed by the IRS if I did not file one myself! Well, when the IRS Disclosure Department wrote back to me, they gave me a bunch of documents, I believe the ones in the video, 4549 Examination changes, but there was NO RETURN! 6020b requires a return to be filed under penalties of perjury. There is no such thing with the IRS with Non Filers! The IRS used to use a 1040 with these SFR's. They were unsigned. That meant that these did not fit the legal requirements for a return. The IRS doesn't even bother anymore using 1040's with these SFR's. Very few Americans even understand the Internal Revenue Code and the unlawful assessment process. But for those of us who have been in the Tax Honesty Movenment for awhile, and learned from the leaders who did the research, we know how unlawful these SFR's are, and how Tyrannical are government has become.

Clearly stated in 6020b 1 that the secretary can OBTAIN that info through testimony or OTHERWISE. They have the right to asses your taxes if you VOLUNTARILY give your SS number to your employer. How about you? lol The amount of years is irrelevant. The accuracy of the information is what is important. The IRS maintains that they have the authority to make assessments and file returns against Non Filers per 26 USC 6020b. That is not the case. Here is the statute: 26 USC 6201 Assessment Authority (1)Taxes shown on return The Secretary SHALL assess all taxes determined by the TAXPAYER OR by the Secretary as to which returns or lists (or payments under section 6225(c)(2)(B)(i)) are made under this title. Clearly, the law states that all taxes shall be assessed by taxes shown on RETURN! What if there is no return filed? Then we go to 26 USC 6020b (b)Execution of return by Secretary (1)Authority of Secretary to execute return If any person fails to make any return REQUIRED by any internal revenue law or regulation made thereunder at the time prescribed therefore, or makes, willfully or otherwise, a false or fraudulent return, the Secretary SHALL make such RETURN from his own knowledge and from such information as he can obtain through testimony or otherwise. First of all, there is no law in the Internal Revenue Code requiring Americans earning income within the 50 States to pay the federal income tax. The IRS routinely uses the SFR program against Americans whose income solely derives from the 50 States. Not all Americans earn income as a W-4 Employee. The IRS performs SFR's using income from various sources such as 1099's or even bank records for people who neither have W-2's nor 1099's. But in your example, W-4 forms pertain to Employment taxes under Subtitle C of Title 26. There is ZERO requirement to file a tax return under Subtitle C! Requirements to file a tax return for individuals applies to 26 USC 6012 which is in Subtitle A for Income Taxes. Again, there is ZERO requirement to file a return for those signing W-4 forms because those are Employment taxes under Subtitle C. 26 USC 6065 Verification of Returns clearly requires a return to be signed under Penalties of Perjury "Except as otherwise provided by the Secretary, any return, declaration, statement, or other document required to be made under any provision of the internal revenue laws or regulations shall contain or be verified by a written declaration that it is made under the penalties of perjury." I can attest through my own experience dealing with the IRS, that when the IRS performs their SFR program, they NEVER file a 1040 tax return, nor do they provide any document that purports to be a return under Penalties of Perjury as required by 26 USC 6065. Did you watch this entire video by Thomas? He did a thorough job explaining this. He even showed how the ONLY tax forms that the IRS has delegated authority to file under 26 USC 6020b are business returns, NOT the 1040. So whose side are you on Tiger?

@@tiger05rtc what in the world makes you believe that the IRS does not use bank records, bank statements, in making tax assessments against you? They absolutely do that. They found my bank about 20 years ago and got my bank statements. If you don't file a tax return, sometimes the IRS doesn't even know and you might never hear from them. But if they do realize that you haven't filed, and your case gets to an IRS revenue agent, which is an Auditor who creates tax assessments, they absolutely can try to find if you have a bank account, and if they do, they will issue a summons to your bank. Then the bank will roll over and do anything the IRS asks. Then the IRS will treat any deposits to your bank as income. Then the IRS can perform their SFR based on the bank statements.

Actually it is pretty much that price all over the East coast. I was just in Florida where it was $3.35 - $3.45, and here in the DC surrounding area its the same (in Virginia) - and pretty much all the way up Route 95 to New Jersey, which is a major pipeline outlet (from TX). of course there is some fluctuation where situational opportunity lies, or higher State taxes are laid.
