I couldn’t manage early mornings, because my epilepsy needs to be given at least 10-14 hours sleep! I couldn’t manage switching to taking my medication earlier. Anxiety has been a nightmare recently, but watching this video before bed is helping calm my anxiety thoughts!

It’s defo possible! You just gotta be open and the other person needs to understand that it’s an intense course and there might be times when ur super busy but other times less so x
