Jamie Williams is obviously not aware that The Citadel has a QB this season. He should since he led Liberty to a bowl game in the conference his JMU team plays in. It's also patently ridiculous that Pioneer league teams are ranked above them, The Citadel would curbstomp every Pioneer Team.
