    Filling Recipe
    1. Put 4 egg yolks and 3g vanilla extract in a bowl and beat well.

    2. Put 110g of whipped cream, 230g of milk, and 70g of sugar in a pot and heat it until the edges boil and cool it down lukewarmly.
    (If not cooled lukewarmly, the yolk will cook when added later.)
    3. Add the yolk that was released a little at a time to the contents of No. 2 that have been cooled lukewarmly.
    Tart paper
    4. Sieve 150g of flour, 6g of sugar, and 2g of salt.
    5. Cold butter Add 100g and cut it with a scraper to fit the size of the red bean.

    6. If chopped well, add 50g of cold water and knead in one lump.
    7. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
