Don and Dolores Blakey: Voices of Delaware Black History

Don and Dolores Blakey met at Delaware State College. Both had little knowledge of Dover, Delaware where the college is located. Yet they both acknowledge that their experience at Del State not only brought them together, but offered them multiple life opportunities that have allowed them to give back to their community for over 60 years.
