As part of our "Growing Up Black in Delaware" series, we profiled Ralph Tildon, Jr. Ralph was raised in Harrington, Delaware and experienced segregation in his youth. Both his parents emphasized education and self-discipline as keys to his future success, which ultimately resulted in a remarkable military career.
