Best versions of Raging Storm are from KOF Neo Wave: 6:34 (with an uppercut), Max Raging Storm from KOF 96 (0:52), Red Raging Storm from KOF 98 UM and 2002 UM (4:37 and 7:35) and Nightmare Geese's Raging Storm (7:16), because its multiple rush.
At least in KOF XIV that Geese doesn't have the pretzel for doing Raging Storm besides making it his Climax Super Special Move, even if it's a shame we don't have Deadly Rave for him.

DOJO Batman I don’t care about his tier placement man, that’s not what I’m talking about. Geese has been top tier in many games, lol. I’m talking about Namco “doing him better” than SNK. Just because he looks better graphically doesn’t mean he’s the best he’s ever been in terms of representation and moveset and is somehow better than the company that created him in the first place.

Snk changes things in their chars more than all other fg companies. But if you mean the sprites instead of gameplay, then it's true. Even so i think only a few chars have really old sprites. Like Iori, Leona, Kim, etc... They never changed. But Snk chars overall have more changes of appearance in sequels than any other fg series except Tekken. Capcom didnt even bother changing anything in those sprites that they kept reusing until the early 2000s. Not a single drop of concern from Arcsys on Guilty Gear XX, which must be the second most grossly milked fg series after Sf2. And so on... there are many examples. Snk is above those standards - even if not by far, but still are above.
