Just a tip, since I usually do my narration later, I like to add a single "Audio Track" above my video track as track #1. Then, I do my narration, and every time it prompts me for which tract to record on, I choose "Overwrite Selected Track". This is because, if you ever leave the program, or come back later, the recorder will prompt you again where to record, and if you choose to record below a track, it keeps creating new tracks. By making a single track, it is easier to simply always select track 1 and choose to overwrite selected track and continue your narration :o)
