Pancakes Recipe
- 3 eggs ( Room Temperature)
- Granulated Sugar 1/2 Cup
- Oil 1 Tbsp
Blend It For 30 Seconds
- Milk 1/2 Cup ( Room Temperature)
- Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
- All Purpose Flour 1 & 1/2 Cup ( Sifted)
- Baking Powder 1 & 1/2 Tsp
Mix It Well
Add Flour In 3 Batches
Batter Is Ready
Preheated On Low Flame
Low Flame
Flip After 1 Minute

The great secret of perfect pancakes is to add some plaster to the dough. It seems to be creepy but it works in amazing way. Pancakes are fluffy, springly and they don't fall apart. The german chef has revealed me this trick.
