首先乌克兰曾经是一个拥有核武器的主权国家，在苏联时，是仅次于俄罗斯的重要加盟国，因为继承了苏联的一部分工业能力，他们不但拥有大量核弹头，同时还拥有制造核武的能力，只是领导人太蠢，自己废除了核武器，这才陷入了当下的危机。
乌克兰曾经还是个航空母舰大国，只不过因为经济问题，乌克兰停产了，乌克兰曾经的空军也非常强大，世界上最大的武装运输机安255就是乌克兰生产的，
在20多年前是仅次于美俄两国的先进武器制造国家，和英法德一个水平，只是经济不景气而已。
他们并不缺军事科技人才，虽然已经跟不上时代了，但他们的军事工业能力底子还有，军事科技能力绝不是台湾可以对比的。
同时乌克兰还是一个国土面积60多万平方公里的大面积的平原国家，有着庞大的战略纵深，
是一个巨大的世界粮仓可以自给自足。
这些都远不是台湾可以对比的。
还有，自从2014年俄罗斯侵略克里米亚事件之后，乌克兰就一直在为做战争准备，国防能力一直都在提高，已经武装准备了八年，是名副其实北约级别军队，单论兵源素质，以及武装水平，他们的陆军综合作战能力属于一流水平，远远不是台湾这种东南亚水平的军事可以对比的！
再加上整个欧盟北约的援助，乌克兰这才不被俄罗斯短时间内就亡国，但即便如此，时至今日乌克兰也仍旧被俄罗斯控制住了百分之18的土地，而最糟糕的是乌克兰已经动员了他们的全部人群上战场，连女人都已经上场了，陷入了绞肉机般的消耗战，你觉得乌克兰的人口和工业产能还能坚持多久呢？
要知道俄罗斯一直没有全部动员，只是动员了部分偏远地区的人，战争在已经进入了消耗战的情况下，现在就比谁的士兵多，谁的工业产能更大了，你觉得乌克兰有胜算吗？
而中国也不是俄罗斯那种工业产能不足的国家，中国是相反的，作为世界工厂，中国是产能过剩。
中国半个月内生产的钢铁就可以赶得上俄罗斯全年生产的数量，中国一年的钢铁产量是10亿吨！俄罗斯一年的钢铁产能是7000万吨，你可以对比一下中俄两国的产能差距！
当中国把这些可怕的产能全部转化成战争武器，比如军舰和导弹，它的数量会是俄罗斯的多少倍？
再让我们对比一下台湾和乌克兰：
台湾条件就更差了，
土地面积只有不到乌克兰的20分之一，
毫无战略纵深，
还是个资源上无法自给自足的小岛，都是山地，远没有乌克兰那样的农业条件。
