If the other X-Men weren't around she could of literally nuked him, that's the full extent of her power. She can turn herself into a nuclear bomb. And it doesn't even kill her, her body doesn't detonate the energy just explodes out of her.
even if bastion wasnt cut off from his prime sentinels its hard to believe they take over the world, theres so many overpowered entities just chillin on earth in marvel comics

That sequence with Nightcrawler as he teleports and attacks Bastion mirrors Spidey fighting Thanos in Titans just hopping portal to portal thanks to Strange in Infinity War.

Would have loved Bastion fighting against the Omegas, but this fight with the rest of the X-Men was still pretty stellar. Rogue, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, even Jubliee all got their hits in and gave him trouble.
Ahem, fun fact jubilee an omega level mutant. Her fireworks are her exploding lil particles. Hence, if she reached her full potential, she could casually just pull muti layered nuke level explosions. (This was confirmed cannon in the krakoa era a few years ago by i believe emma frost again the discoverer of omega level mutants lol.)

I just caught the part where Jubilee threw spinning disk projectiles that sliced off Bastion’s wings while he was in an air attack on Cyclops. I think she learned to use her powers more from her older self while inside Mojo’s game.
Bastion like most people misunderstanding how Jubilee’s powers work. They’re actually mini atomic explosions and even if that wasn’t the case it would still be fire going off in your face.

@@axx012yes! During her time with the brother hood of mutants she fought with captain marvel. At some point she was able to touch her and absorb her powers. But Rogue's adoptive mother was afraid they'd be captured if Captain Marvel was still able to fight. So Rogue held on for a lot longer than she wanted to and it resulted in her permanently absorbing her powers and putting cap marvel into a coma.
Not sure where we are in this continuity but she's still got this universe's Captain Marvel (Carole Danver's) powers IIRC. Or at least her strength, flight and durability.
