The Krivak-class Frigate is about the Same Period as the Oliver Hazard Perry-class Frigates, but they are still being built with the Krivak III's being the More Advanced of the Ships still in service, albeit with the Russian Coast Guard now. The Freyr-class Fishing Vessel is Perfect for a Rescue Ship of a Different Kind. While we may not have the Great Flood to Worry about at this current point in time, it doesn't mean that a new Maritime Emergency may Occur. Enter the Fleet Emergency Anchorage Ship or FEAS for short. This ships will deploy to a Predesignated Area outside of the Harbor or Harbor Entrance to Guide Ships to Safety and Avoid the Risk of being swept Ashore and/or Act as Command Vessels for Rescue Operations among a wide Variety of Possible Other Roles.
