Oh auf das Workout freue ich mich richtig! Es ist so schwül in Deutschland und da kommt ein Anfänger Workout gerade recht 🙃Seitdem ich Pilates etwas hab schleifen lassen ist mir leider aufgefallen das mein Nacken/Kopf wieder etwas nach vorne gerutscht ist. Ich hoffe ich bekomme das wieder in den Griff. Von der Seite sieht das so blöd aus. Danke für das Video! 🙃

I dedicated myself to your practice daily for a year which hugely reduced pain and stiffness and gave me strength and mobility I didn’t know I had. Katja, I have been in your website but somehow I cannot figure out if these challenges/programmes are do-able for long-time -beginners and seniors that have only been doing Pilates for a year or two?
Hi Monika, thank you for checking out my website. The videos are of varying levels. This challenge has some more intermediate / challenging ones however you do what you can and do you :) on the website I have a lovely series called ‘Posture Reset’, as well as a ‘hip’ series that you can work on slowly in your time. Also a starter calendar. I’d hope you find something suitable for you:) try it out with your 7-day free trial. If you need help let me know.
